By signing this document you accept that in the case of sharers, the tenancy and all responsibilities involved contractually and financially will be Joint and Severally liable between all parties including Guarantors, should Guarantors be required. As a prospective tenant I agree that all the information provided by me on this Tenancy Application form correct and true.
By signing this document you have also instructed Bricks & Mortar to share your personal details for the purpose of facilitating your application process. Should you require further information please don’t hesitate to ask our team for further information.
As part of the referencing process, Let Alliance will require a reference from you if you are currently in private rented accommodation/student halls/have rented in the past. Should your landlord or the agent charge a fee to provide a reference, it will be your responsibility to pay this and within a week of Let Alliance’s request. This is not covered in the cost of your administration fee paid to Bricks & Mortar. Refusal to pay the fee may jeopardise your tenancy with the property re-marketed and your monies lost.
By signing this document, I confirm that I am required to provide Bricks & Mortar with appropriate identification for a Right to Rent check to be conducted and understand that keys will not be released until the check has been verified.
By signing this document, I confirm and understand that all required payments and paperwork must be completed and verified before keys can be released to any tenants and that it is my responsibility to check that all paperwork and payments are complete before collecting keys prior to the tenancy start date.
I also confirm that I have been made aware that all tenancy paperwork and initial payments must be complete by or the tenancy will be at risk and the property re-marketed with monies lost.
