THE DIGITAL ESTATE AGENT ON THE HIGH STREET

THE DIGITAL ESTATE AGENT ON THE HIGH STREET

Our History

We may have evolved into the Bricks & Mortar group of today but our history spans over 15 years, starting out as an independent, family run lettings business.

In 2003, the origins of Bricks & Mortar were created and 'letslivehere' was born. Over the years, we established ourselves as a rapidly expanding, reputable agent with a far-reaching catchment in Newcastle.

Starting out predominantly in student lettings, letslivehere embraced other avenues including professional lettings, investments, building and property management, house dressing and professional photography to name a few.

Our diversity thrust us to the forefront of lettings within Newcastle and drove us forward to become one of the market leaders which we took great pride in.

With that being said, we took a look at the industry and thought we could do better. We have never been a business to just sit back and offer a generic service found with every single agent out there. We do things differently and it was time for a change.

The property industry lives in two worlds- the high street and the digital one.

We decided to combine the two and become The Digital Estate Agent on the High Street.

With limitations involved in choosing one avenue for your property needs, we have removed these compromises to bring you a concept that is new but traditional.

The essence of our existing enterprise still lives within Bricks & Mortar; our passion, our pride, our service. But as a hybrid agent, we’re able to offer you the best of both worlds; access to us anytime, anywhere and a first class service no matter how you interact with us- either face to face or online.
